I discovered today that my favorite apple is the Golden Delicious. I had always thought it was the Gala apple, but the GD is way better.
I know, not the most thought provoking post, but it's what's on my mind.

If it is the fall, any apple will do, middle of the summer, the granny smith will always be crisp...peanut butter cuts the tart but overall the braeburn is my fave. Agree, great post!

I just wanted to say that you are so amazing. I just finally got a chance to look at my blog and you completely made my day. Life on the ranch is hard and I have an insanely tough time with change. I am working long days and am not used to such little time off. Most nights I go to bed at 9:30 or 10:00. There are some really wonderful people out here, but it is not home yet. I am super close with my mom and definitely miss her the most. I have been praying that things will get easier and can't thank you enough for your prayers as well. You are such a sweetheart. My favorite apples are Honeycrisp and Fuji. They are soooo sweet and jucy!

Galas! I always have some on hand. In the fall I eat Cortlands though. Fresh picked Cortlands are yummy!
